Ownership and responsibility
You retain rights you own in your contribution. You must have permission to submit its text, images, attachments and third-party material. Identify quotations and sources; do not include confidential data or personal information that is not necessary and authorised.
Permission for private handling
Submitting material permits Chitta and authorised reviewers to store, reproduce and process it for the requested review and workspace operation. This operational permission is limited to handling the submission and does not itself permit public publication, unrelated commercial reuse or training an AI model on private drafts.
Separate permission to publish
The workspace records publication permission for a specific approved version. Approval and contributor permission are separate requirements. Permission for one version is not blanket permission for a materially different version. Read the statement displayed in the workspace before agreeing; that recorded statement defines the requested permission.
Before publication, the available workspace workflow permits revoking the recorded permission. After publication, request correction or removal through the contact route below; we do not promise automatic deletion of third-party copies, search caches or lawful audit records.
Sources, originality and AI assistance
Distinguish experience, interpretation, hypothesis and evidence. Cite relevant sources, disclose material AI assistance and check its claims and citations. Do not claim a generated illustration documents a real event. The contributor remains responsible for submitted material; a platform review does not turn a contribution into independently validated science.
Nominations and other people
Introducing another person is separate from that person agreeing to participate. Share only the information needed for the nomination and avoid sensitive details. Use the nominee-permission workflow where provided; do not consent on behalf of another adult without valid authority.
Corrections, rights and disputes
Email accounts@chittabank.com with the contribution URL or reference, the disputed material and a clear explanation. For an intellectual-property concern, identify the work and your authority to act; provide only necessary supporting information. We may contact the contributor and review the issue. Submission does not promise publication, compensation or selection.
