Purpose and scope
Chitta connects awareness, inquiry and human insight. Educational material, personal perspectives, reference directories and contributions have different purposes. We label those differences and do not present every page as a peer-reviewed research paper.
Evidence and attribution
Claims should have sources appropriate to their strength. Prefer primary research and official documentation where relevant, distinguish correlation from causation, describe important uncertainty and identify quotations. A link to a source is not a claim that we have validated its raw data or endorse its entire contents.
Draft and publication status
Material awaiting editorial decisions may remain marked as a draft and excluded from search indexing. Availability at a URL does not establish editorial approval. Publication review and contributor permission must follow the applicable workflow. The site does not currently claim an external peer-review certification.
AI and conceptual images
AI-assisted research or writing must be checked for accuracy and genuine citations. Conceptual artwork is illustration rather than documentary evidence. Neither AI output nor an attractive presentation substitutes for verification.
Independence and conflicts
People involved in review or prize decisions should disclose relevant relationships and interests and avoid decisions where a conflict prevents fair judgement. A link, invitation or organisational reference does not imply a partnership. Cycle-specific conflict and judging rules must be published with the relevant prize call.
Corrections and feedback
Send factual concerns or proposed corrections to accounts@chittabank.com, identifying the page, passage and supporting source. We review the concern and make justified corrections or explain a relevant limitation. We do not promise that every proposed interpretation will be accepted.
