The service and its operator
Chitta Bank is operated by TBT TEKNOLOJİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. See the Legal Notice for its business details. “Bank” describes a repository of awareness and insight; this website does not offer bank accounts, financial deposits, investment products or financial advice.
These terms describe use of the public website and member workspace. The awareness entrance is an experience choice and does not constitute consent to analytics or transfer ownership of a contribution.
Member accounts
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use only an account you are authorised to access. Email and Google access are available as configured. Apple access is unavailable until its provider setup is completed; a displayed disabled option does not mean it is active. Invitations and staff roles grant only the access assigned to them.
Member participation is intended for adults. Do not impersonate another person or disclose a password, verification link or private workspace record to an unauthorised person.
Acceptable use
- Use the service lawfully and respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property.
- Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, bypass controls or disrupt the service.
- Do not submit threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, fabricated identities or knowingly misleading claims.
- Do not disclose someone else’s confidential or unnecessary sensitive information.
- Do not mass-submit spam or present AI-generated material as personal evidence or verified research.
Contributions and publication
Submitting a draft does not guarantee acceptance, publication, payment or a prize. Contributors keep the rights they own. The Contribution Policy explains the limited operational permission needed for review and the separate permission required for public publication. Do not submit material you lack permission to share.
Content and external resources
Website branding and original materials are protected by their applicable rights. Sources, third-party works and contributors’ materials retain their own rights; availability on Chitta does not make them free to reuse. Attribution alone does not replace required permission.
Educational content is for inquiry and discussion. It is not individual medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. External links are references, not a guarantee or endorsement of every claim on the destination.
Chitta Prize
A prize cycle is not open merely because preparation pages or private draft forms exist. Eligibility, deadlines, submission language, judging procedure, conflicts, benefits and any fees must be specified in the published rules for that cycle before a public call. Do not infer those details from these general terms. Neither a nomination nor a private draft guarantees entry or an award.
Access, restrictions and responsibility
Features may be maintained, changed or temporarily unavailable. We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse, account security or a legal requirement. Where practicable, affected members can ask for a review through the contact route below.
We take reasonable care with the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free third-party content. Nothing here excludes responsibilities or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Applicable law and updates
The operator is established in Türkiye. Turkish law applies subject to mandatory rights and protections applicable to the user; this wording does not remove those rights. Specific contractual, commercial or prize arrangements may require separate terms.
